What defines your approach to manufacturing ?
I have worked to create and maintain a culture of a people centered organization that values its associates and their contributions and lead with 5 C’S which are Caring, Connecting, Communicating, Commit, and Celebrate. As a result, we have seen improvements in associate retention, satisfaction and performance.
What has attributed to the growing success of GAA?
We first started as a supplier to the automotive industry, providing supply chain services to the largest automotive manufacturers. However, the company has grown tremendously as the supply chain demands for the auto manufacturers expanded into global requirements. Thus, our clientele are markets have increased. We have grown into aerospace, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals and other sectors, which has allowed the company to become more stable and achieve higher levels of revenue and profitability.
